Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to customers in Ontario, Canada and the United States.

  • Canadian orders ship from our Canadian fulfillment center.
  • U.S. orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center.

 

Shipping Rates

  • $25 flat rate shipping to AK, HI, Territories or Military Bases
  • $10 flat rate shipping to most other locations
  • Free shipping on most orders over $75
    • After discounts, before taxes
    • Excluding AK, HI, U.S. Territories, and Military Bases.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • USA: 2–7 business days
  • AK, HI, U.S. Territories, Military Bases: 8-12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please email info@bingeworthysnacks.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
