Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bingeworthysnacks.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
